This B&B was absolutely amazing! The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room, although small, was super cozy and had a jaw-dropping view of the beautiful gardens. The free and reliable WiFi was a huge plus, and we loved having a flat-screen TV in our room. The provided coffee and tea were a nice touch. The location was perfect, with ample parking and easy access to shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room and the entire facility was top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We had a mind-blowing experience and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a truly fabulous stay!

This was an amazing bed and breakfast. More like a 4 star hotel. Room extremely clean and great facilities. Only stayed one night but would stay for more in future. Modern building and staff super organised and friendly. We had a family room for 4 and it was excellent. Fantastic breakfast. Easy parking and easy drive down to restaurants and the bay.
I am not sure if it was just the day we were there but there was very little hot water for shower. I had a very cool quick shower and would have loved a longer hotter one.

the location was perfect for me as it was in a small residential area, which made it very quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - they were clean, bright, and nicely decorated, with big windows letting in lots of natural light. I also appreciated the fact that the rooms came with basic amenities, including a small kitchen or a kitchenette, which was a nice touch. And to top it all off, the breakfast was included in the price, making it great value for money.
All in all, everything was fine during my stay.

One of the best B&B we had during our stay in Ireland. Everything was perfect, great room, wifi and computers, also tv rooms with DVDs... I never saw that before! The breakfast was also very good.
Maybe - and that's also a "plus" - the location, a bit away from Galway. But it's also quiet!

Pretty. Good breakfast selection.
Twenty minutes for hot water to kick in was far too long and a waste of water. Staff knowledge of area and facilities not up to scratch. Lack of transport details.

This hotel offers great value for money with basic amenities, such as a small kitchen, twin double beds at no extra charge and breakfast included. The location is quiet and secluded, yet still close enough to many local attractions. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.
Everything was fine.

The staff were very friendly and very efficient. They couldnt do enough for us! Rooms were spotless. We had 3 rooms for our group(6 adults 4 kids). The chalet which sleeps 4 was excellent. Separate kitchen with all mod cons was perfect with baby(2 yrs old). Double room was spacious and clean and had big bathroom compared to other placed we've stayed. Triple room was clean and had every thing we needed. Very quiet - 10 mins walk downhill to get to Salthill. 20-25 mins walk into Galway. Recommend a taxi back from both if your not the energetic type! Breakfast was excellent value for 6 euro - when we first realised it wasn't included in the price we were a bit apprehensive but you wont get anything as good anywhere for 6 quid. I'd recommend the place to anyone - young, old, families. My family will definitely be back. Thanks!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and is situated in a peaceful area, while also being close to Eyre Square. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a choice of breakfast options. Some rooms even come with a kitchen and living area, making it feel like home away from home.
Noise from guests and lack of information about the area can be an issue, and the common area is not very welcoming.

We were given a villa, though we booked a double. The cappuccino and tea service was a big bonus.
Location is quite far out of town if you don't have a car. Drains in the bathroom were clogged and our toilet was broken. It's not really a B&B, we didn't see the hosts until check out. Not great value - we were there on the May bank holiday weekend but there were loads of better located b&b's with vacancies.
